We hope that you do, too, but we understand that things don't always go as planned. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please provide photos. Contact us immediately at Info@Your-Strongsuit.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

US DOMESTIC RETURNS

If you need to exchange or return an item, we are happy to do so and offer 1 free return or exchange.

INITIATING US DOMESTIC RETURNS

Please log onto your account on our website and follow the return prompts for instructions on how and where to send your package.

INITIATING US DOMESTIC EXCHANGES

Email us at Info@Your-Strongsuit.com for assistance and a shipping label. Limit one exchange per item per order.

All domestic returns or exchanges must meet all the following criteria:

CRITERIA FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE:

  • We have a 14-day Return Policy from the date your items are delivered.
  • We have a 1-time Exchange Policy for domestic orders.
  • Items must be in original/new condition, unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, the hygienic liner strip intact, and item must be packed inside the Wash Bag it was originally received in (item Color-Size must match the Wash Bag zipper color).
  • Items with deodorant/cosmetic stains or other odors will be disqualified from return/exchange eligibility.
  • We will not accept items that have had the hygienic liner removed.
  • We do not offer returns, refunds, replacements, or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to not laundering as labeled.

No refund will be issued for items not meeting ALL these requirements.

Items lost or damaged in transit are the customer's responsibility, so please ensure your item is packed securely in the reusable return packaging originally sent with your order.

If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We will fully examine your item upon receipt, and if it meets ALL eligibility requirements, we will refund your purchase price. Your credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return request was initiated, please contact us at info@your-strongsuit.com.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international exchanges and returns, all shipping charges and additional costs are the responsibility of the customer. Orders may also be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival at the destination. These charges are not covered by Strongsuit Swimwear and must be paid by the customer.
